Did you outsource to a third party some of your services?

Yes, we have been using third party companies to outsourcing some of the based function (like Help Desk, Desktop Support, Programmers, etc.), but we contract them through a strict hiring process and train them to use our best practices, documentation and methodology. As we do not outsource the management level, these technical staff will be always guided and oriented by our in-house staff.
