Every product developed is a result of continuous project management. When a project is in its nascent stages, our Project Management Office develops a set of principles, practices and techniques that will allow for the optimal handling of the project. This set of principles is applied to lead the project teams and control the project agenda, costs, risks and performance. The main purpose is to achieve the client’s goal with maximum efficiency.

The team hierarchy of this department is as follows:

  • Senior Systems Director Project Management Office
  • Programme Manager
  • Senior Project Manager
  • Improvement Manager
  • PMO Coordinator

The entire team is responsible for the management of invaluable project leadership, project scheduling, identification of major checkpoints and critical paths, as well as keeping track of budgeted and actual costs associated with the project and defining strategies to successfully reach each major phase of the project. We keep a problem log through the entire line of the project, with specific information about the issues and solutions.
